I'm Amrithavalli Samavedham (MSc. Psychology), the founder and lead therapist at Heal with Amritha. As a Counseling and Child Psychologist with over 9 years of experience in mental health and wellness. I specialize in providing evidence-based, personalized care that integrates modern psychological approaches and the wisdom of traditional Indian practices. My credentials include expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Indian Psychology, and Yoga.

At Heal with Amritha, we cater to individuals navigating a range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, grief, self-development, burnout, and caregiver burden. My mission is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly heard and supported as you work toward building resilience and emotional balance.
