Welcome to Heal with Amritha, an online psychological counselling platform dedicated to promoting mental and emotional well-being. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Heal with Amritha provides online counselling and psychological support sessions conducted through Google Meet. These may include:

  • Individual Therapy
  • Safe Space Listening
  • Group or Support Sessions (as announced)

All services are designed to support emotional health and personal growth and do not replace medical or psychiatric treatment.

2. Eligibility

Sessions are available to adolescents (16 years and above) and adults. Clients below 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Booking and Payments

  • All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our official booking system (via Zoho Bookings integrated with Razorpay).
  • Payments once confirmed reserve your appointment slot.
  • All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes, if any.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

  • You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Rescheduling within this period is free of charge.
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be refunded after deducting 5% as a processing and administrative charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Confidentiality

All client information and session details are strictly confidential. Information may be disclosed only if:

  • Required by law or court order.
  • There is a risk of harm to self or others.
  • Reporting is mandated (e.g., abuse or criminal activity).

We will inform you of such disclosures whenever possible.

6. Professional Conduct

Both therapist and client are expected to maintain a respectful and safe environment during sessions. Inappropriate behaviour, offensive language, or breach of decorum may lead to session termination without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Heal with Amritha provides mental health counselling, not medical or psychiatric services. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mysuru, Karnataka.
