All sessions are delivered virtually via Google Meet, ensuring convenience, privacy, and accessibility from anywhere.
2. Service Delivery Process
Upon successful booking and payment confirmation, the following delivery process applies:
Step 1: Booking Confirmation
Once you complete your booking through our website and payment is successfully processed via Razorpay, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing:
- Booking reference number
- Date and time of your scheduled session
- Service type booked
- Payment receipt
Step 2: Session Link Delivery
The Google Meet link for your session will be shared with you via:
- Email: Sent to the email address provided during booking
- WhatsApp: Sent to the mobile number provided during booking (if opted in)
The session link is typically sent 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, with a reminder sent 1 hour before the session starts.
Step 3: Accessing Your Session
On the scheduled date and time, simply click the Google Meet link provided to join your session. No additional downloads or installations are required if you're using a modern web browser.
3. Delivery Timelines
Since our services are digital, delivery timelines are as follows:
- Booking Confirmation: Immediate (within 5 minutes of successful payment)
- Session Link: 24 hours before scheduled appointment
- Session Reminder: 1 hour before scheduled appointment
- Service Delivery: At the exact date and time of your booking
There is no physical shipping or delivery involved in our services.
4. Important Information for Service Access
Contact Details Accuracy
Please ensure that you provide accurate and active contact details (email address and phone number) during booking. We cannot be held responsible if you do not receive session links due to:
- Incorrect email address or phone number provided
- Email going to spam/junk folder (please check these folders)
- Inactive or blocked phone number
Technical Requirements
To ensure smooth delivery and access to our services, please ensure you have:
- A stable internet connection
- A device with camera and microphone (computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone)
- Updated web browser or Google Meet app
- A quiet, private space for your session
5. Non-Delivery or Delays
If You Don't Receive Your Session Link
If you have not received your session link within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, please:
- Check your email spam/junk folder
- Check your WhatsApp messages (if you provided your number)

We will resend the link promptly to ensure you can attend your session.
Technical Issues During Session
In the rare event of technical difficulties on our end that prevent service delivery, we will:
- Attempt to resolve the issue immediately
- Reschedule your session at no additional cost
- Offer a full refund if rescheduling is not suitable
6. Service Cancellation by Heal with Amritha
In the rare circumstance that we need to cancel a scheduled session due to therapist unavailability, emergency, or technical issues beyond our control, we will:
- Notify you as soon as possible via email and phone
- Offer you the option to reschedule at no additional charge
- Process a full refund if rescheduling is not convenient for you
Refunds in such cases will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
7. No Physical Products
Heal with Amritha does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products, goods, or materials. We are exclusively a digital service provider offering online psychological counselling and therapy services. Therefore, traditional shipping terms such as courier services, delivery charges, packaging, or product returns do not apply to our business.
8. Geographic Availability
Our online counselling services can be accessed from anywhere in the world, provided you have a stable internet connection. There are no geographic restrictions or additional delivery charges based on location.
Sessions are offered in English, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada to ensure accessibility for diverse clients.
