Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. To ensure fairness and effective time management, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all services at Heal with Amritha:
1. Rescheduling
- Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Rescheduling is subject to therapist availability.
2. Cancellations
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a refund after deducting 5% to cover payment gateway and administrative costs.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be refunded.
- Missed sessions without notice are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.
3. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method used during booking.
4. Service Cancellations by Heal with Amritha
In the rare event that Heal with Amritha needs to cancel a session due to technical or scheduling reasons, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding this policy, which helps us manage time and serve clients responsibly.
